How to buy from Animate and ship it to your country
Animate is Japan's biggest anime goods chain. Its online shop carries new releases, character goods, manga, and shop-exclusive bonuses (特典) that come with pre-orders.
Does Animate ship overseas?
No. Animate's Japanese online shop does not ship overseas. Animate International exists, but it has a smaller selection than the Japanese shop.
How to order from Animate through Totemo
Copy the item's link from Animate and paste it into the search box on Totemo.
We reply with a quote: the item, our fee and international shipping, in your currency.
Pay, and we buy it, check it at our hub in Japan and ship it to you with tracking, together with anything else you order.
Our service fee is 4% of the item price (minimum ¥500, maximum ¥5,000). It's shown in your quote, with shipping, before you pay anything.
Tips
Store bonuses (特典) are often only included with orders from Animate's Japanese shop. We order there, so the bonus comes with your item.
Pre-orders can take months. Your other items can wait and ship together, or ship first if you prefer.
