How to buy from Mercari and ship it to your country

Mercari is Japan's biggest secondhand marketplace app, where people sell figures, games, fashion and collectibles directly to each other.

Does Mercari ship overseas?

Sellers ship only within Japan. Overseas buyers can only buy through Mercari's official partner services, and that's how we place your order.

How to order from Mercari through Totemo

1. Copy the item's link from Mercari and paste it into the search box on Totemo.
2. We reply with a quote: the item, our fee and international shipping, in your currency.
3. Pay, and we buy it, check it at our hub in Japan and ship it to you with tracking, together with anything else you order.

Our service fee is 4% of the item price (minimum ¥500, maximum ¥5,000). It's shown in your quote, with shipping, before you pay anything.

Tips

• Listings sell quickly. If an item is gone before we can buy it, we refund you in full.
• Read the condition notes. We can't inspect an item before the seller sends it.
