How to buy from Rakuten and ship it to your country
Rakuten Ichiba is Japan's largest online mall, home to tens of thousands of independent shops, from big electronics stores to small specialist sellers.
Does Rakuten ship overseas?
Most Rakuten shops deliver only within Japan, and many don't accept cards issued abroad.
How to order from Rakuten through Totemo
Copy the item's link from Rakuten and paste it into the search box on Totemo.
We reply with a quote: the item, our fee and international shipping, in your currency.
Pay, and we buy it, check it at our hub in Japan and ship it to you with tracking, together with anything else you order.
Our service fee is 4% of the item price (minimum ¥500, maximum ¥5,000). It's shown in your quote, with shipping, before you pay anything.
Tips
Each Rakuten shop sets its own shipping. Items from several shops still reach you in one box from us.
Look for 新品 (new) in the listing. Some shops sell used or display stock.
